Health Assessment Participation Reports
Employers who recruit at least 50 employees to complete a Health Assessment can request a free Aggregate Health Summary Report. The report will show the most prevalent health risks among the participating employees allowing employers to effectively customize their wellness education.

Health Reward Programs
UnitedHealthcare can administer company-sponsored reward and incentive programs that address health behaviors and risk across the continuum of care.
