We've taken all of our benefits and streamlined them into three plans: Classic, Preferred and Elite. All three plan options have very competitive rates and are conveniently available as contributory (employer-sponsored) or voluntary (employee-paid).
All plan options, Classic, Preferred and Elite include the five packaged benefits: Dental, Vision, Life/AD&D*, WorkLife Services and Health Discounts, including wellness and preventative components.
Whether an employer chooses the Classic (Low), Preferred (Medium) or Elite (High) plan, employees can take advantage of a package that provides valuable and health-focused benefits with wellness and preventive components. All packages are available as a contributory (at least 50% employer-paid) or voluntary (employee-paid) offering. Voluntary benefits allow employers to offer a cost-effective benefit package to employees while also helping to contain rising insurance costs.
Because the Specialty Benefit Solutions (SBS) product contains packaged benefits, administration is easy with one point of contact and only one bill to process. The SBS package and benefit information is found conveniently on this website with all the links and resources needed to simply manage the benefits.
Designed with competitive pricing in mind, the SBS package options are very affordable and rates are guaranteed for two years.** A voluntary (employee-paid) SBS package can be offered as a group benefit that is 100% paid for by the employees. By adding the option of voluntary coverage, employees can access important benefits at a lower group rate – without adding to the employer's insurance costs.
The single Specialty Benefit Solutions (SBS) ID card displays all the information members will need to take advantage of their benefits, including a single toll-free phone number for the entire package of benefits.
