Health Care Costs On March 4, UnitedHealth Group CEO Stephen J. Hemsley attended a meeting at the White House called by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to discuss health care costs. Representatives from the other major insurers as well as the National Association of Insurance Commissioners also attended.
