Remember to make preventive care appointments

Preventive care visits with your doctor can help you stay healthy. This includes staying on top of common screenings, tests and immunizations.

If it's been awhile since your last preventive care visit, we'll send you a reminder in the mail for select services. As a UnitedHealthcare member, you don't have to do anything to get these reminders. It's that easy.

Some UnitedHealthcare condition management, wellness programs and services may not be available in all states for all group sizes. Please check the certificate of coverage for your employer's health plan.
