Minnesota Vikings and UnitedHealthcare team up to support Minneapolis students

To prepare for the cold ahead, UnitedHealthcare teamed up with the Minnesota Vikings to distribute nearly 500 new winter coats to Minneapolis Public Schools students.

Two Vikings players joined the local UnitedHealthcare team on Oct. 1, 2023, to distribute winter coats and winter hats at Lyndale Elementary School in Uptown. The event included inspiring comments from the Vikings players and featured leaders and administrators from Minneapolis Public Schools.

This is the fourth consecutive year UnitedHealthcare has partnered with Minneapolis Public Schools to provide winter costs to elementary students.
