UnitedHealthcare Rewards now available to North Dakota small businesses

This program rewards participants for completing healthy actions and wellness activities designed to help participants achieve their goals.

As of January 1, 2023, small businesses in STATE have access to UnitedHealthcare Rewards — a new program that may reward members up to $300 annually for healthy actions. Available to covered employees and their spouses, participants can personalize their experience by selecting activities that are right for them – such as tracking sleep, taking a health survey or walking 10,000 daily steps.

UHC Rewards replaces UnitedHealthcare Motion® and SimplyEngaged®.

UnitedHealthcare fully insured plans for groups 2-50
Embedded in most medical plans including HSA and non-HSA plans
At renewal for existing groups or upon case effective for new business
