UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans are designed to give smaller-sized employers a different way to balance the cost savings they’re looking for while providing attractive health benefits to their employees. And now, UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans include Mineral^TM.

Mineral is designed to help small businesses handle complex HR and compliance issues with confidence.

UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans with Mineralare available to groups located in Oklahoma with 5-50 eligible employees. Upon policy effective date, groups can schedule a 1:1 training with a Mineral representative to get started.
