Coming soon: Access to level funded paperless renewal packages goes digital

Brokers will receive level funded renewal information electronically as a part of the UnitedHealthcare Go Green initiative.

In May 2022, brokers will be able to access their Aug. 1, 2022, UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded renewal packages, available on uhceservices.com in alignment with the UnitedHealthcare Go Green (online delivery) initiative for small businesses. Brokers who prefer to receive Level Funded group renewal package information in a paper format through the U.S. mail can follow the steps below.

Turn on/off Go Green

  1. Sign in to uhceservices.com.
  2. Go to the Contact Information section.
  3. Select the circle for “No” next to the Go Green option to receive renewal packages in a paper format.

No action is needed for brokers who wish to continue accessing renewal packages online only. The Go Green initiative applies for fully insured and level funded small group renewals.

UnitedHealthcare Level funded and Oxford Level Funded groups will continue to receive renewal information in paper format through the mail, regardless of each broker’s selected preference for delivery.
