Claims Experience Reporting (CER) portal update and training for UnitedHealthcare and Surest broker and consultants

Self-service reports for UnitedHealthcare/Surest and Oxford fully insured and self-funded customers will move to a new modern CER portal on July 31st.

Self-service reporting is currently available through the Claims Experience Reporting (CER) portal via employereservices.com and uhceservices.com. Brokers, consultants and employers have flexible options to view and prepare membership, financial, medical and managed pharmacy claim reports for customers with 100+ UnitedHealthcare/Surest and 125+ Oxford enrolled subscribers to easily analyze performance.

As part of UnitedHealthcare’s ongoing modernization of our analytics capabilities, CER will move to a new portal experience on July 31.

What’s changing

  • Modern, intuitive and personalized reporting experience with a new landing page, improved navigation, better date selectors and smart filters
  • Faster, easier access to the reports you use most with favorites, saved templates, folders and a global search bar to get to the right report in fewer clicks
  • More automation and less repetitive manual work allowing scheduling of reports to reduce the need to re-run recurring reports
  • Enhanced support features to include help resources, glossary and notifications

What’s not changing

  • Current report functionality will continue to be available with no changes to your CER data sources or calculations
  • Data will continue to be refreshed monthly on the 10th business day
  • You will continue to access CER through employereservices.com or uhceservices.com using your existing credentials

Action required

1. Save current report templates

Saved report filters and templates created in the current CER portal will not automatically transfer to the new portal. It is recommended users download and save report templates that are used in the current CER portal to reference when building new reports after July 31.

2. Register for live training

To help ensure a smooth transition we will offer training on the new experience and enhanced functionality. Please ensure that users who generate reports today register for one of the sessions below. All the sessions are the same.  You only need to attend one.

Additional training materials are coming soon to support the July 31 launch.  All CER resources can be found within the employereservices.com homepage under Alerts & Notifications and on uhceservices.com under Resources > Training Materials > Claims Experience Reporting.
