Self-service claims reporting update for UnitedHealthcare customers
A new link on employereservices.com will appear to access cost and utilization reports for UnitedHealthcare customers.
Cost and Utilization reporting available through employereservices.com will be consolidated to the Claims Experience Reporting (CER) portal on Aug. 14. Brokers, consultants and customers will have flexible options to view and prepare membership, financial, medical and managed pharmacy claim reports for customers with 100+ enrolled subscribers to easily analyze the performance of a UnitedHealthcare plan.
If you already have access to employereservices.com, Cost and Utilization reporting, you will automatically have access to CER.
- From the employereservices.com menu, click Reports, Cost and Utilization tab and select the appropriate link for the required reports:
- Claims Experience Reporting to access the CER on-demand reports
- Published Reports to access the Quarterly Large Loss, FSA, HRA and other ASO and non-CER reports that are published monthly. The reports will also be available via uhceservices.com.
- Banking reports will continue to be available on Employer eServices.com
- There is no change for brokers and consultants that access reporting today for UnitedHealthcare and Oxford through CER or Level Funded from uhceservices.com.
In addition, we have simplified the available levels of reporting based on the customer’s enrolled subscribers. UnitedHealthcare fully insured customers with 100+ enrolled subscribers and Oxford customers with 125+ enrolled subscribers will have access to the select reporting package. Any previous customers with standard level reporting will automatically have select access. ASO customers will have access to the expanded reporting package. Broker and consultant reporting access levels will follow the customer’s access based on enrolled subscribers.
Training will be available for users who currently generate reporting to understand the differences in CER reporting. Register for one of the upcoming sessions using the links below. These sessions may be sent to customers who also generate reports.
