Starting Jan. 1, 2026, small groups (2–50) can streamline benefits with Level Funded dental and vision bundled with medical.
Starting with Jan. 1, 2026, effective dates with quoting beginning Oct. 1, 2025, new business group sizes 2–50 will have the option to elect an integrated Level Funded dental and vision product, making benefit administration easier and more efficient. This latest offering reflects the ongoing commitment to streamlined enrollment and delivering added value through integrated solutions.
With this update, open enrollment may be simplified. If a group elects Level Funded dental and/or vision as part of their plan, employees who elect Level Funded medical will automatically receive dental and vision coverages selected by the group, reducing administrative lift with one seamless election.
Employers and clients may also benefit from savings opportunities when combining Level Funded medical with UnitedHealthcare specialty, and financial protection plans.

Level Funded dental and vision quotes are generated through the standard Level Funded quoting channels.
- Small Business 2-50: Quotes can be generated through SAMx-Level Funded beginning October 1, 2025, or Benefitter beginning October 15, 2025.
