Level funded reporting is moving to Avery
Access level funded reports through Avery, UHC's AI companion. Learn about expanded reporting capabilities and upcoming changes.
To simplify reporting access and provide a more streamlined experience, level funded reports currently available on uhceservices.com under the Reports menu will transition to Avery. Avery is UnitedHealthcare’s new generative AI companion, designed to help make our experience simpler, more personalized and more coordinated.
With Avery, users can quickly find and download reports by requesting the report they need. In addition to the Monthly Executive Summary Report, PCORI Reports and 6055 Membership Reports, Avery provides access to additional reports that previously were available upon request only, creating a faster and more convenient self-service experience.
Accessing reports in Avery
- Navigate to uhceservices.com.
- Select Open Avery in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Select Find and Download Published Reports.
- Enter a request, such as:
“Show me the Executive Summary Report for ABC Company.”
“Show me Claims Experience Reports for XYZ Group.” - Select the report type, reporting period and report date.
- Click Get Report and download the report.
Expanded reporting access
Claims Experience Reports available for 51+ groups will now be available through Avery, providing groups a self-service solution in accessing the following reports:
- Financial Managed Ad Hoc
- Detail Payment Non-Confidential
- Payments by Benefit Type
- Large Dollar Claim
- Payments by Month
- Premium Versus Paid Claims
- Provider Utilization
Note: Claims Experience Reports are automatically generated for groups with 51+ enrolled employees at time of report generation.
Looking ahead
- The current level funded reporting experience on uhceservices.com is expected to be retired in early 2027.
- Consolidating reporting access within Avery is an important step toward providing a more seamless, efficient and user-friendly experience.
