Each solution is designed for a different coverage experience, helping employers extend rewards opportunities across diverse employee populations.
Participants can earn rewards by reaching certain goals and completing a variety of healthy actions, and they can put the rewards they earn toward eligible health care expenses or everyday purchases, depending on the incentive and redemption options you choose.

The rewards program experience is built to help empower participants to explore and use the tools, resources and benefits that are included in their health plan, which may help them better understand their benefits.
Offset out-of-pocket costs
Participants may earn up to $300 or $1,000 in a plan year — or another amount of your choosing — which may help offset their out-ofpocket costs for eligible medical expenses. 90% of first-time participants earned a reward.2
