Built directly into the broker dashboard, the Surest Knowledge Agent provides real-time feedback to help brokers explore benefits, compare Surest and UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans side by side, watch related training videos, find marketing materials and make more informed recommendations.
The tool, which displays as a speech bubble in the bottom, right corner of the screen, appears at key decision points to offer support without disrupting workflows. By reducing the need for in-person training sessions, it may help save time and resources while offering 24/7 availability for on-demand learning.
