UnitedHealthcare Rewards launching for Surest ASO members
Beginning January 1, 2026, Surest members will have access to UHC Rewards through a SSO experience from the Surest app.
We are excited to announce that we will be launching UnitedHealthcare Rewards starting January 1, 2026, effective dates for Key Accounts and National accounts in the ASO market with Surest dual offer business.
Surest members will have access to UHC Rewards through a single-sign-on experience from their Surest app to the UHC app.
Additional enhancements with UHC Rewards for the ASO market effective January 1, 2026, include:
- UHC Hub integration – custom groups can add incentive activities from a UHC Hub vendor.
- 3rd party clinical file feeds – clients may be able to support a reward activity with a 3rd party vendor via an offline file feed.
- Custom option enhancement- Clients now have the option to offer either a health survey-only experience or a comprehensive view of all activities with percentage-based completion with a client-fulfilled redemption
UnitedHealthcare Rewards (UHC Rewards) is an incentive program where employees can tailor the experience based on what’s best for their employees. Participants can personalize their experience by selecting activities that are right for them – and same goes for ways to spend earnings.
