On June 1, 2024, UnitedHealthcare submitted its pharmacy benefits and costs reporting (RxDC) data to CMS. The CMS confirmation number for the submission is 34480.
Any data that was not in the UnitedHealthcare system, or that was not provided in the RxDC survey or RFI, was the customer’s responsibility to submit to CMS directly.
UnitedHealthcare will work directly with CMS if there are discrepancies with the data.
