UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded 2025 portfolio launch
The annual portfolio launch for Jan.1, 2025, case-effective dates and a Sept. 1, 2024, quote-ready date.

Benefit updates for the Level Funded plans include:
- Broad Pharmacy Network available nationwide:
- Colorado, Wyoming and New Jersey Metro plans will transition to the Broad Pharmacy Network
- New business or funding conversion with case-effective dates on or after Jan. 1, 2025
- Renewing groups with a case-effective date on or after Jan. 1, 2025, currently on the Standard Select Pharmacy Network, will remain unless there is a plan change
- HealthiestYou virtual visits member cost-share on HSA plans will be $45, providing a more cost-effective health care option for plan participants. Non-HSA plans will remain at $0.
- 2–4 market segment expansion with an Oct. 1, 2024, effective date in ID, MD, MT, NM, TN, WA, WV and WY

- Navigate network available in OK
- Doctors in CO adds 4 additional counties: Elbert, Phillips, Logan and Sedgwick
- NexusACO® in WA adds 2 additional counties: Klickitat and Skamania
- NexusACO® in WI adds 8 additional counties: Brown, Calumet, Dane, Door, Kewaunee, Jefferson, Manitowoc and Rock
- Charter in TX adds 2 additional counties, Potter and Randall, with Oct. 1, 2024, effective dates

- Surplus share change to 50% in Illinois for group size 2–99, 100+ groups will have option of 100%, 67% or 50%

Specialty update
Activate the savings for Small Business. For a limited time, 2–50** groups have an opportunity to earn a one-time credit up to $5,000 by adding Dental plus an additional specialty line. Available now through January 2025. Additional specialty lines include Vision, Basic Life, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability.
Packaged Savings® for 2–50 and uBundle for 51+ continues as a savings opportunity.
