UnitedHealthcare, Bradley Medical Center finalize multi-year agreement for people enrolled in employer-sponsored commercial plans and individual plans, effective Nov. 1, 2026

Beginning Nov. 1, 2026, people enrolled in employer-sponsored commercial plans and individual plans will have network access to Bradley Medical Center’s hospital and its physicians.

We look forward to collaborating with Bradley Medical Center in the years ahead to provide Tennesseans and employers with access to quality, affordable care.

People enrolled in UnitedHealthcare commercial and individual plans should call the number on their health plan ID card if they have any questions or need assistance regarding their health care needs.

People enrolled in our Medicare Advantage and TennCare plans continue to have network access to Bradley Medical Center’s hospital and its physicians. Our Medicare Advantage and TennCare contracts were not part of these negotiations and remain unchanged.
