FuseDSM and the UnitedHealthcare Community Chamber Program may help small businesses save money on employee health benefits — the No. 1 requested benefit by employees — with All Savers® Alternate Funding health plans.
UnitedHealthcare’s All Savers® Alternate Funding plans through FuseDSM and the Community Chamber Program offer competitive rates that may be more affordable for small businesses, as well as large, local and national networks. Small businesses could see average savings of 4% on medical premiums.1 Additionally, when small businesses integrate specialty benefits, like dental, vision and supplemental health, with their All Savers medical plan, they can lower health plan premiums by up to 4%.
In addition to offering these big-business benefits for small businesses in the Des Moines area, All Savers plans include UnitedHealthcare Motion® at no additional cost. UnitedHealthcare Motion is designed to reward employees for walking, running, swimming and meeting other activity targets and can help lead to healthier decision-making and greater employer savings.
Plan service area includes: Adair, Boone, Carol, Dallas, Greene, Guthrie, Jasper, Madison, Mahaska, Marion, Marshall, Polk, Poweshiek, Story, Tama and Warren counties.
