Industry veteran joins Kansas account management team

Brian White is joining UnitedHealthcare as a Field Account Manager serving clients in the key accounts segment. Brian is responsible for his clients’ total service experience with UnitedHealthcare, including serving as the key liaison between our customers and internal service teams, monitoring service inquiry resolution and educating customers and their employees on UnitedHealthcare offerings.

Prior to his new role, Brian earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker University and worked at Lockton Kansas City for 12 years in its health and welfare business. Brian’s passion is people — he brings a great deal of energy and expertise to the local team. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two sons.
