Gloria Sargent

CEO, Missouri Health Plan

Gloria Sargent is the Chief Executive Officer of UnitedHealthcare Employer and Individual business in Missouri and Central/Southern Illinois. Gloria has over 20 years of experience at UnitedHealthcare, starting as a strategic account executive and progressing through several roles with advancing responsibility, including Chief of Staff, Vice President of Sales, and Account Management, and most recently, Executive Director of the Missouri Health Plan.

Sargent is actively involved with many charitable organizations, including, Make a Wish, Friends with Kids with Cancer, American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life, Head for the Cure, Easter Seals and Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. She has served as a mentor for Contemplative Leaders in Action (CLA) and St. Louis Regional Business Council, and a coach for the UnitedHealthcare Emerging Leadership Program. She has a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College and currently resides in St. Charles.
