Mineral™ coming soon to Level Funded plans in Nebraska

Built to help Nebraska businesses get back to business faster, UnitedHealthcare Level Funded is a different kind of health plan. In addition to the potential for a surplus refund at year-end if plan participant medical claims are lower than expected¹, starting April 1, 2022, Level Funded plans will include Mineral.^TM Mineral is designed to help small businesses handle complex HR and compliance issues with confidence.

UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans with Mineral will be available to groups located in Nebraska with 5-300 employees starting April 1, 2022. Upon policy effective date, groups can schedule a 1:1 training with a Mineral representative to get started.

Last year, over 49% of Nebraska groups on UnitedHealthcare Level Funded plans received a surplus refund, the average of which was $10,434.96.¹
