New Jersey employees can apply for a grant by UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation

The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) offers timely financial support to families, so they can focus on what is most important – improving the quality of life of their child. UHCCF grants help with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by a family’s commercial health insurance.

Qualifying families can receive up to $5,000 per grant to help pay for medical services and equipment, therapy, counseling, surgeries, and prescriptions.

The UHCCF is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides medical grants to children 16 and younger for health-services not covered, or not fully covered, by their family’s commercial health plan.

UHCCF has allocated 30,000 grants evaluated at $62.2 million to families in the United States since 20071 The foundation is funded by contributions from individuals, corporations, and UnitedHealth Group employees.
