UnitedHealthcare donates tennis shoes to Philadelphia students

In partnership with the Dreambuilders Foundation and Cradles to Crayons, UnitedHealthcare and Philadelphia Eagles outside linebacker, Haason Reddick, donated brand new shoes to students attending JYK Discovery Charter School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The donation was made as a way to encourage kids to live an active lifestyle and spend more time playing outdoors. The purchase of the new shoes is funded by a $15,000 grant from UnitedHealthcare. This distribution is part of more than 230 new pairs of shoes that the grant will provide for Cradles to Crayons initiatives.

The DreamBuilders Foundation is a non-profit organization that works with pro athletes across the country to help financially, physically and mentally-challenge kids to receive items, opportunities and equipment to achieve their dreams.
