All Savers Alternate Funding will transition to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded or Oxford Level Funded beginning with Dec. 1, 2022, renewal dates in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, North Dakota and South Dakota. Additional markets will follow in early 2023. Information about launching in additional markets will be communicated accordingly.
UnitedHealthcare Level Funded was previously introduced in Alabama, Delaware, North Dakota and South Dakota, and Oxford Level Funded in Connecticut and New Jersey for new business in December 2020. Remaining markets followed beginning in November 2021.

UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and Oxford Level Funded offer a wide-ranging list of plan and network options, paired with plan participant wellness programs, virtual visits and a mobile app that allows plan participants to access their plan information on the go.
uhceservices.com will provide a powerful suite of online tools and resources tailored to meet broker and customer needs. Plan participants can use myuhc.com®, a user-friendly website that allows users to access claims and account information, find network providers and manage their benefits.
