With millions of American workers losing their jobs – and their employer-sponsored health coverage – as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many may be searching for individual coverage to meet their needs.
UnitedHealthcare has launched the GetCovered initiative to help your clients connect employees in this situation to the information and support they need to learn about their options, including ACA Exchange plans, Medicare and Medicaid plans, short term limited duration insurance plans and more.
Use customizable resources to help clients connect employees with support
Please share these resources with clients who may have laid off or terminated employees. They provide an overview and invite employees to call the toll-free hotline at 1-844-316-8479 to speak to a licensed insurance agent who can conduct a comprehensive needs analysis and help them find the coverage solutions that may be right for them based on their specific needs.
