Making quoting easier with UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits Quick Quote

UnitedHealthcare Specialty Benefits is introducing the Specialty Quick Quote Tool – a web-based 2–100 broker self-service quoting platform for Dental, Vision and Basic Life products. Beginning with Oct. 1, 2020, quote effective dates, UnitedHealthcare Dental, Vision and Basic Life products can be quoted through this self-service tool for the first time ever in the 51–100 space (regardless of state counting methodology for Medical). Tool users have access to: 

  • 51–100 broker self-service quoting
  • Summary census quoting for the 2–50 segment when quoting dental and vision in less than a minute
  • Enhanced proposal information with more detailed benefit displays and rates
  • Advanced search options to filter portfolios based on your needs, identify plans available for electronic Sales Automation Management (SAM) install and more
  • Side-by-side plan comparisons of benefits and rates

Convenient options: 

  • Dental preferred provider organization (PPO) and dental health maintenance organization (DHMO) quoting
  • 51–100 broker self-service quoting
  • The top 20 plans displayed per market for guidance and ease of selection
  • More choice than other quoting tools because it’s backed by our full portfolio
  • Easy-to-access benefit summaries
  • Contribution estimates to see employer and employee costs

To access the tool, navigate to the Quote page from United eServices® and select the link to the Specialty Quick Quote 2–100 tool. The tool link will go live and be available to users beginning Sept. 21, 2020.
