Members can now access the Quit For Life app as part of the Quit For Life® tobacco cessation program, along with online support and tools to manage stress and tobacco urges.
Quit For Life combines digital and telephonic tools and resources with physical, psychological and behavioral strategies to help employees overcome their tobacco addiction, including the use of electronic nicotine delivery systems or e-cigarettes.
The mobile app provides 24/7 quit support, on-the-go access to a Quit Coach®, personalized content and more. Employees can download the Quit For Life app through the App Store® or on Google Play®.
Employees (18 years and older) will continue to receive many tools and resources to help keep them engaged and on track with their cessation plan, including telephonic access to a Quit Coach, urge management tools, Text2Quit® text messaging and secure emails.
