United Advantage agencies have access to enhanced reporting levels for their fully insured and ASO customers within UnitedHealthcare Key Accounts. This improved level of customer reporting can help clients identify trends, evaluate their health care experience and make data-driven decisions.
Enhanced reporting is available to qualified clients through Employer eServices® and is exclusively promoted by you and your UnitedHealthcare representative. Reports are only available on UnitedHealthcare UNET business.

Standard reporting
Receive basic financial, utilization and enrollment information produced on a monthly basis through UnitedHealthcare eCustomer Reporting. Data is estimated to be available around day 11 each month. Fully insured customers with 100 or more enrolled subscribers and all self-funded customers have financial, medical, pharmacy (if pharmacy is with UnitedHealthcare) and membership dates available to them. Diamond and Platinum agencies will receive monthly access, and Gold agencies will receive quarterly access.
Zywave reporting
UnitedHealthcare’s data sharing agreement with Zywave, Inc. provides a custom data extract of limited content to populate their Decision Master Warehouse. Actual member identity is not included. This option is available to fully insured and self-funded customers with 150 or more enrolled subscribers on an annual basis. The agency must have the Zywave Decision Master Warehouse tool in order to receive this benefit. Diamond and Platinum agencies receive this at no charge, and Gold agencies can be granted access with a $500 fee.
How to enroll
Reporting availability and functionality depend on your UnitedHealthcare customer’s benefit plan and funding arrangement. Contact your UnitedHealthcare Relationship Manager for more information and to help your qualifying clients enroll in enhanced reporting.
