UnitedHealthcare introduces new health care choices in North Central Indiana

South Bend-area employers in Indiana now have the potential to save up to 15% on monthly premiums¹ with UnitedHealthcare Charter® health plans. UnitedHealthcare designed the plans to group independent primary care physicians (PCPs) and specialists into a quality network designed to deliver a new competitive option to employers seeking more affordable, patient-centered health plans. The Select Health Network will now have access to Optum analytics to help enhance health care decisions and lower costs.
