UnitedHealthcare Level Funded migrations to begin April 1, 2023, in select markets, external training opportunities available

All Savers Alternate Funding will transition to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded for select markets to help enhance client offerings.

Beginning April 1, 2023, the remaining All Savers® Alternate Funding customers based in the following markets will migrate to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded on the UnitedHealthcare Strategic Platform (USP) upon renewal, continuing to leverage the modernized experience from UnitedHealthcare Level Funded and USP:

  • Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Rebranding to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded

UnitedHealthcare Level Funded is a level-funded arrangement designed for Small Business (2–99) and Key Accounts (100–300) customers and is available to new and renewing business.

All Savers Alternate Funding will be rebranded in select markets — listed above — to UnitedHealthcare Level Funded at renewal. This change allows UnitedHealthcare to fully utilize the strength of UnitedHealthcare and Oxford branding and send a clear message that it is a part of the UnitedHealthcare suite of robust offerings.

In addition, rebranding the level-funded product allows future groups to change their funding type with less customer and member impact (e.g., keeping the same tools and websites, retaining the same employer/member ID, etc.).

Migration details

UnitedHealthcare will retain products existing under the All Savers Alternate Funding brand such as:

  • UnitedHealthcare Motion®
  • Monthly claims reporting
  •  HealthiestYouTM
  • $0 primary care office visit

While UnitedHealthcare will continue to offer these programs with the rebrand, it will also gain the ability to leverage UnitedHealthcare websites for general agents, brokers, customers and members.

Migrating group plan administrators will receive an email 30 days prior to their renewal date notifying them of their transition. This email will review information about the new service experience for their members includingnew ID cards, new member portal, access to the UnitedHealthcare® app, enhanced customer services and virtual visits. It will also contain plan sponsor information on their plan, including details on new identification number, new employer portal, updated billing information and contact numbers for support.

Note: Dental and vision specialty products can be quoted and enrolled with UnitedHealthcare Level Funded medical plans.
