Now available for Arizona small businesses: UnitedHealthcare Select and Select Plus plans

Now available for Arizona small businesses (2—50), Select and Select Plus is designed to offer greater access to providers, pharmacies and hospitals in the national Select network. Employees who travel often or have out-of-state college students will particularly benefit from accessing a provider within this nationwide network that includes more than 1 million providers and specialists.¹ With no referral requirements, members have more flexibility in accessing care – but are still required to select a primary care physician (PCP) during the enrollment process and encouraged to engage their PCP’s office for routine care, such as annual checkups and preventive care and treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.

In addition to Select and Select Plus, employees may save more when choosing Select Plus Advanced or Select HMO Advanced – similar plans that offer out-of-network flexibility and extra savings when accessing care from network Tier 1 providers and freestanding facilities.
