The questions really have to relate to the value being proposed for the member

across the areas of affordability, quality and simplicity. Too often, the diligence being put on value creation is missed,

and the carve-out proposition seems to be double counting value that is already existed in the system. So that with the carve-in proposition, the response beyond us is really to show how net new value is really created.
