2023 UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete® (HMO-POS D-SNP)

This dual health plan is for people who qualify for both Medicaid and Medicare Parts A & B (Original Medicare).

This plan is a Medicare Advantage HMO Plan (HMO stands for Health Maintenance Organization) with a Point-of-Service (POS) option approved by Medicare and run by a private company. “Point-of-Service” means you can use providers outside the plan’s network for an additional cost.

  • Food, OTC, Utilities

    $80 a month to buy healthy food and OTC products or pay utility bills

  • Dental benefits

    Up to $2000 for covered types of preventive and comprehensive dental

  • Routine transportation
