Is your address up to date? Don’t lose benefits
Make sure your current address, phone, and email are on file so you’ll get notices about changes to your coverage. Log in at kynect.ky.gov or call 1‑855‑459‑6328 (855-4kynect). Your health plan renewal date may be coming soon. If you haven’t already, you may need to recertify to keep getting UnitedHealthcare coverage.

Our plan offers a range of physical and behavioral health benefits. View the benefits below to see all that it offers. It's for people who meet income requirements and are eligible for Kentucky Medicaid. We serve pregnant women, children and young adults to age 21, families and adults.

Eligibility and enrollment
Eligibility:
Kentucky’s managed care Medicaid program provides comprehensive medical benefits to adults, families, people with disabilities, children and pregnant women who meet income requirements.
Anyone between ages 19 to 64 who meets income standards, is eligible. There are no pre-existing condition restrictions.
