Overview

The Open Enrollment Employee Presentation for medical products is a compilation of PowerPoint slides under 4 broad sections which address our member’s most burning concerns about their medical plan options during open enrollment:

  • What can they expect from UnitedHealthcare?
  • What are their coverage options?
  • What is the total cost of their health care options?
  • What extras come with their plan?

How and when to use

This PowerPoint deck can be used for enrollment events to potential medical members. By offering nearly 100 slides to choose from, it can be customized to fit almost any client’s needs.

Users need to:

  1. Download chapters that apply to their customer and save to their computer
  2. Compile them into one long presentation by
    1. Open Chapter 1 and Chapter 2
    2. The presentation will open with thumbnails of each slide on the left side of the screen
    3. Click on the thumbnail of the first slide of Chapter 2 (or whichever chapters is to be added next)
    4. Press Ctrl+A to select all the slides in the chapter
    5. Press Ctrl+C to copy the slides
    6. Go to Chapter 1
    7. Click below the thumbnail of the last slide in Chapter 1
    8. Right click and select Copy - Use Source Formatting
  3. Remove any slides that don't apply to your group
  4. Some slides will need the user to add or edit information - pay special attention to text in red
  5. Instructions are also built into each chapter
