Myallsavers.com now provides the ability to easily manage email distribution lists on a group-by-group basis. Once a broker begins the quoting process and select their name, a Group Distribution List section will populate below the “Company Information” section of the quote.
Three emails will automatically populate:
- Agent of Record
- Account Executive
- Quote Creator (if the creator is not the Agent of Record or Account Executive).
If any editing of the distribution list is necessary, brokers can enable editing features by selecting the “Next” button at the bottom of the page. Any contacts removed or added to the group distribution list will not change the distribution list assigned to the broker at the start of each new quote. Any spelling changes will permanently alter the distribution list assigned to the broker.
To change the distribution list that populates when a broker is selected during the quoting process, select the “Tools” tab and scroll to the email distribution list section of the screen.
