All Savers is excited to announce its ability for brokers and group administrators to complete the employer enrollment documents electronically with DocuSign in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Indiana, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
DocuSign is an eSignature solution that is in use in the UnitedHealth Group®enterprise. eSignature is shorthand for “electronic signature” and is also referred to as “digital signature.” eSignature is a method of collecting a signature from a signing party through electronic means, rather than physically signing a piece of paper.
This enhancement will minimize errors by allowing for electronic completion of the All Savers employer enrollment documents, provide a secure way to distribute documents to the employer to complete their portion, and shorten the application process.
All Savers brokers can access the Electronic Employer Enrollment documents under Forms and Brochures on www.myallsavers.com. Under Electronic Enrollment, select one of two links:
- Broker and Employer
- Administrative Representative, Broker signs, Employer
The links can also be accessed from the Electronic Employer Enrollment Submission DocuSign flier found in the Forms and Brochures tab of the broker website.
Update to All Savers®Fax Numbers
All Savers also has new fax numbers for Claims and Policy Administration:
- Claims Fax: 1-844-440-7570
- Policy Administration Fax: 1-844-879-7295
Marketing material, plan documents and letters that contain the old fax numbers are in the process of being updated. The old fax numbers will be disabled on May 1, 2019.
Please begin directing all faxes to the respective fax numbers listed above.
