Annual California Dental Appeals and Grievances Notice for HMO Dental Plan Subscribers
California law, Statutory/Regulatory Reference: Section 1368(a)(2), requires health insurers to inform subscribers and enrollees upon enrollment, and annually thereafter, of the procedure for processing and resolving grievances.
UnitedHealthcare will mail a notice to California health maintenance organization (HMO) dental subscribers in late March.
