To support an increased focus on Supplemental Health sales, UnitedHealthcare announces an additional incentive to sell Critical Illness, Accident and Hospital Indemnity products. The downloadable flier outlines the program. The following are some program guidelines to keep in mind. Note: This affects all states except New York, where New York-Sitused brokers are excluded due to state filing regulations:
- This incentive is for groups with 250+ eligible employees and at least 50 enrolled employees (across all Supplemental Health coverages sold to a group).
- This incentive is for groups with July 1, 2019, through Jan. 1, 2020, plan-effective dates.
- There are additional compensation ranges from $500 to $2,000, depending on coverages sold and number of enrolled employees.
