UHC Rewards is expanding to Level Funded groups beginning January 2024

Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, UnitedHealthcare Rewards will be available to Level Funded groups, and will replace UnitedHealthcare Motion® and Rally® Base programs.

Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, UnitedHealthcare Rewards will be available to Level Funded groups, and will replace UnitedHealthcare Motion® and Rally® Base programs beginning with renewal dates of Jan. 1, 2024, and beyond.

UHC Rewards is a new incentive program where employees can earn dollars for completing a variety of actions, including many things they may already be doing. Participants can personalize their experience by choosing what’s right for them.

What makes UHC Rewards different?

Part of a streamlined digital experience – Employees may immediately start earning rewards by activating UHC Rewards from the UnitedHealthcare^® app and their myuhc.com^® account
Many ways to earn – Employees can earn by choosing activities that are right for them, from tracking daily steps, active minutes and sleep, to completing a biometrics screening, health survey and more
Redeem dollars – Employees have the potential to earn and redeem up to $1,000

Next steps

When employees migrate to UHC Rewards, they will lose access to Motion and Rally Base. Before the transition, employers with employees that have access to these programs will need to complete critical actions before their rewards expire. Please review and share the below fliers with your clients.
