Annual Member Notices distributed to fully insured plan subscribers
UnitedHealthcare Annual Member Notices have been sent via email and mail to fully insured medical plan customers in select markets.

Annual Member Notice distribution began on Dec. 23, 2020, for subscribers of fully insured medical plans under UnitedHealthcare, UHC West, Neighborhood Health Partnership, UnitedHealthcare Services Company of the River Valley, Inc. and Oxford Health Plans, via email and mail.
The notices provide members with information, required annually, to comply with state and federal notification requirements, and to meet quality accreditation requirements of organizations such as the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Subscribers who have elected to receive electronic communications will receive the Annual Member Notice via email. Subscribers without registered email addresses will receive a self-mailer that provides an overview of the information included in the Annual Member Notice and directs members to UnitedHealthcare’s Annual Member Notice webpage to view the full version of their plan’s annual notice, including the Health Plan Notices of Privacy Practices. Both communication channels allow members to request a printed copy, as applicable.
