Neighborhood Health Partnership is coming to all of Florida in January

Effective January 1, 2019, the Neighborhood Health Partnership (NHP) network will expand into all 67 counties in Florida. This expansion will allow all NHP members to access a robust network of facilities and providers, designed to align members with convenient access to quality network providers and online resources.

Geographic highlights of the expansion include:

  • Panhandle — NHP members in Escambia County will have exclusive network access to physicians and facilities within the Sacred Heart Health System.
  • Jacksonville — NHP members in Duval County will have access to the NHP network, which includes Baptist Health, Memorial Hospital and St. Vincent Health System.
  • Central Florida — NHP members in Lake, Seminole, Osceola and Orange Counties will have exclusive network access to physicians and facilities within the Florida Hospital (Advent Health) referring network of physicians and facilities.

A complete view of the NHP network for all 67 counties will be available beginning January 1 on myuhc.com®.  In the meantime, please reach out to your broker or UnitedHealthcare account representative to learn more.
