An update regarding our relationship with HCA-HealthONE in Colorado

We are in discussions with HCA-HealthONE to renew our long-standing relationship so that our members have continued access to HCA-HealthONE’s hospitals and physicians in the Metro Denver area of Colorado.

We want to keep HCA-HealthONE in our network and are committed to engaging in productive negotiation.

If we are unable to reach an agreement, HCA-HealthONE’s providers and hospitals will be out of network for members enrolled in employer-sponsored commercial plans and individual and family plans, Medicare Advantage, including Group Retiree plans, as well as our Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP), effective Sept. 1, 2024.

Our top priority is to reach an agreement that is affordable and ensures continued, uninterrupted access to HCA-HealthONE

We have a responsibility to provide the people we serve with access to quality care while also helping to contain rapidly rising health care costs.  We are engaged in good-faith negotiation with HCA-HealthONE with the goal of reaching an agreement that is affordable and sustainable for Colorado families and employers. We have proposed meaningful rate increases that ensure the health system continues to be reimbursed at market-competitive rates.

We urge HCA-HealthONE to work with us to reach an agreement that will ensure the members we serve can continue to afford care at HCA-HealthONE.

We have created the following FAQs to ensure you and your family have the information needed regarding next steps as well as details to help meet your health care needs
