Pomegranate-Apricot Sparkler


  • 1 and 1/2 cups cold pomegranate juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cups apricot nectar
  • 1 cup cold seltzer, lime-flavored if desired
  • Ice
  • 1 fresh lime, quartered, or kiwifruit, peeled and sliced (optional)


  1. Combine first three ingredients in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour into ice-filled glasses.
  3. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge or kiwi slice, if desired.
