Salt-Free Seasoning Blend


  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon cumin


Combine ingredients. This blend can be used in many ways. For example, you might rub it on skinless chicken or lean meats – or sprinkle it over vegetables – before roasting. When preparing this mix, you might double or triple the amounts so you'll have extra on hand.
