Citrus Vinaigrette

  • 1 teaspoon shallot or onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon (or more) fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 


In a small bowl combine the shallot, lemon juice and zest. Pour the olive oil and whisk the vinaigrette until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
