- 1 head of curly kale, washed and thoroughly dried (can also use a 10½ ounce bag curly kale)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Remove ribs and cut into 1½ inch pieces. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt. Toss well. Place kale in a single layer on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes until chips are brown on the edges. Let cool.
