Enroll in the Maternity Support program
When you register for the Healthy Pregnancy App, simply complete the Welcome Pregnancy Questionnaire to enroll in the Maternity Program. Like the app, it’s provided at no extra cost. Talk with maternity nurses for answers, information and encouragement before, during and after your pregnancy. If needed, you may also receive specialized support for high-risk situations.
