When to visit the emergency room

When you notice a health change, you may not know when to visit the emergency room. For things you can’t control, like bleeding you can’t stop, go to the ER. Be sure to call 911 if you need immediate help. This chart highlights some of the other symptoms that should prompt a trip to the ER.
